Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information. While we do allow users to create “trust accounts” on behalf of their children, we do not allow access to those accounts until those children are above age 13.

Advertising

MMRY APP does not use your data to provide advertising, nor do we sell your data to 3^rd parties for the purposes of use in advertising. Your monthly service fee is what allows us to stay ad free. As long as you’re a paying member, you will never experience advertising within your saved memories. We do, however, execute some brand partnerships at scale that do NOT leverage user data, that are aimed at enhancing your experience or providing added benefits – none of which will ever interrupt your memory creation or viewing experience.
